How it works
Upon booking a Home inspection with us, we will send you a contract to review and sign, which outlines the date and time of the inspection and the scope of our investigation. On-site, we visually inspect and report on the condition of the structural, roofing, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, exterior, and electrical systems, as well as their safety and quality. We provide a detailed digital report documenting all the impacting issues identified, accompanied by easy-to-understand pictures and a recommended course of action. We will discuss the main problems with you and advise if a specialist is required to investigate any significant issues further.
Your home inspector will spend 3 to 5 hours on site.
Once the inspection is complete, Joen will review the significant findings with you.
Within 24 hours, you will receive a detailed, digital report with pictures and descriptions identifying the issues, how they may impact the property, and how to specifically address them.
